I'm procrastinating and don't feel like packing so figured I'd post the itinerary. We hired a private guide Ahmed Hamed Yousif (amedhayo@yahoo.com) for our 14 day trip and he has been fabulous! I didn't want to tackle Egypt on my own because this is a very special trip to celebrate hubby's 0/5 birthday. It's also possibly the only time we'll visit Egypt so we want to do as much as possible, with the least hassle, while we are there. He has arranged everything from airport pickups to tickets to the Karnak Sound and Light show and meet and greets everywhere. One of Ahmed Hamed Yousif's clients said they felt like rock stars and y'all know this princess is ready for her royal treatment, lol!
